L’étude a identifié des possibles réactions croisées du Sars-Cov-2 avec 55 tissus humains différents. Cela veut dire que pour certaines personnes, le système immunitaire devient très réactif et se met à vouloir attaquer certaines parties du corps qui sont moléculairement semblables au Sars-Cov-2.
Ce phénomène pourrait expliquer en partie la tempête inflammation qui peut affecter les gens plus fragiles et certains symptômes post-Covid pour certaines personnes.
Si c’est le cas, cela veut dire que le traitement devrait peut-être changer de paradigme?
Tout ce qui est auto-immunitaire est en forte hausse depuis plusieurs années maintenant, c’est connu. Est-ce que la Covid serait seulement le résultat d’un problème beaucoup plus large de la nature, de la société et de nos barrières qui s’effritent? On dirait qu’avec le temps qui avance, tout devient auto-immunitaire.
Ce concept d’auto-immunité n’est pas discuté du tout actuellement puisque ce n’est pas en lien avec le narratif classique. Pourtant, le fait qu’un virus peut être un déclencheur d’auto-immunité n’est pas nouveau du tout.
Qu’est-ce qui pourrait se passer si l’on vaccine une personne susceptible d’une telle réaction auto-immunitaire? La réponse est inconnue puisque les études sur les 3 vaccins principaux sur le marché ont été faites principalement chez des gens en bas de 55 ans en santé métaboliquement. Ils n’ont pas vraiment été testés chez les personnes âgées et/ou métaboliquement compromis. C’est pourtant eux qui sont à risque!
Revenons au sujet de l’article. Cette étude de novembre https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7296326/ qui se nomme « Autoinflammatory and autoimmune conditions at the crossroads of Covid-19 » en parle. La Covid-19 à un profil inflammatoire très semblable a d’autres conditions auto-immunitaires. Voici un extrait :
« In most patients of this latter group, there is a phase characterized by the hyperresponsiveness of the immune system. A third phase corresponds to a state of hypercoagulability. Finally, in the fourth stage organ injury and failure occur. Appearance of autoinflammatory/autoimmune phenomena in patients with COVID-19 calls attention for the development of new strategies for the management of life-threatening conditions in critically ill patients. »
Voici un autre extrait un peu long, mais qui vaut la peine :
« Potential mechanisms explaining the link between autoimmunity and COVID-19 include molecular mimicry and bystander activation. The former occurs when similarities between foreign and self-peptides favor an activation of autoreactive T or B cells by foreign-derived peptides in a susceptible individual. The SARS-CoV-2 proteome was described as sharing three sequences of six amino acids (GSQASS, LNEVAK, and SAAEAS) with three proteins, namely DAB1, AIFM, and SURF1 which are present in the brainstem respiratory pacemaker, also known as the pre-Bötzinger complex. The authors suggested that these partial but not complete similarities might account for an autoimmune mediated respiratory central depression. Kanduc et al., found that SARS-CoV-2 shared pentapeptides with pulmonary surfactant and related proteins that may account for autoimmune directed pulmonary damage. Moreover, a recent report has shown that SARS-CoV-2 spike protein antibody and tissue proteins such as transglutaminase 3, transglutaminase 2, ENA, myelin basic protein, mitochondria, nuclear antigen, α-myosin, thyroid peroxidase, collagen, claudin 5 + 6, and S100B have strong immune cross-reactions. This may suggest that autoimmunity via molecular mimicry in susceptible individuals is likely and could explain some autoimmune-like manifestations encountered in COVID-19 patients. »
